Privacy policy

Effective October 13, 2026  ·  Last updated October 13, 2026

This policy explains what information we collect through gooseproductions.co, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

The short version

We only collect what you send us through the contact form, plus basic technical details that come with it.

We use it to reply to you and to run our business. We don’t sell it or share it for advertising.

There are no analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

This website is run by Goose Productions, 550 West B Street, San Diego, CA 92101. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “our”, it means Goose Productions.

This policy covers gooseproductions.co. Setclock (setclock.app) is a separate service covered by its own policies, and other websites we link to have their own practices.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect:

Your name

Your email address

What your enquiry is about

Your message, and anything you choose to include in it

If you email or call us directly, we’ll have whatever you include in that email or call.

Information sent automatically with the form. When you submit the form, our website also records your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you sent it from, and the date and time.

Information our hosting and security providers process. Like every website, ours receives technical information such as IP addresses whenever a page loads. Our host and its security network use this to deliver pages and block attacks and bots.

We don’t ask for sensitive information such as financial, health or government ID details. Please don’t send it through the form.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

Reply to your enquiry and talk with you about our services

Prepare quotes and deliver work you ask us to do

Keep a record of our conversations

Protect the site and our inbox from spam and abuse

Meet our legal obligations

We don’t use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only with these categories of third parties:

Website hosting. WP Engine hosts the site and stores form submissions in our website’s database.

Security and content delivery. Cloudflare, through our host, helps deliver pages quickly and filter out malicious traffic.

Email. Our email provider delivers form notifications and hosts our inbox.

Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, when needed to run our business.

Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

A buyer or successor if our business is sold, merged or restructured.

We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined in California law. We don’t disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. It uses only these, which are needed for the site to work:

__cf_bm

Cookie · set by Cloudflare · expires after 30 minutes of inactivity

Helps our security provider tell people apart from bots. It doesn’t track you across websites.

gp-theme

Local storage · set by this site · stays until you clear it

Remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. It never leaves your device.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. The site will still work, although your theme choice won’t be remembered.

6. How we respond to Do Not Track signals

We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, and we don’t allow third parties to do so on our site. Because of that, we treat every visitor the same whether or not their browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

7. How long we keep information

We keep enquiries, and the technical details recorded with them, for as long as we need them to reply to you, deliver any work that follows and keep reasonable business records. We review stored submissions regularly and delete or anonymize those we no longer need. Our hosting and security providers keep their technical logs for limited periods under their own policies.

8. How we protect information

The site uses HTTPS encryption, access to submissions is limited to our team, and we use reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you

Correct anything that’s inaccurate

Delete your information

To make a request, email hello@gooseproductions.co. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we’ll respond as soon as we can, usually within 30 days. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.

California residents. We honor these requests for everyone. Depending on the circumstances, California law may also give you rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don’t sell or share personal information.

Visitors outside the United States. If you’re in the EU, UK or another region with data protection laws, you may have similar rights, including the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to your local data protection authority. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries you send us.

10. Children’s privacy

This site is meant for businesses and professionals and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at hello@gooseproductions.co and we’ll delete it.

11. Where information is processed

We’re based in the United States, and our website and email providers process information in the United States and possibly other countries. By contacting us from outside the US, you understand your information will be processed there.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we’ll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we’ll also note it clearly at the top of this page.

13. Contact us
